LA COMMISSIONE DELLE COMUNITÀ EUROPEE,
visto il trattato di adesione della Bulgaria e della Romania,
visto l’atto di adesione della Bulgaria e della Romania, in particolare l’articolo 56,
considerando quanto segue:
(1) Gli allegati II e III del regolamento (CE) n. 1301/2006 della Commissione 1 contengono diciture in tutte le lingue della Comunità nella sua composizione al 31 dicembre 2006. È opportuno inserirvi le diciture in bulgaro e in rumeno.
(2) Occorre pertanto modificare in tal senso il regolamento (CE) n. 1301/2006,
HA ADOTTATO IL PRESENTE REGOLAMENTO:
Il regolamento (CE) n. 1301/2006 è modificato come segue:
l’allegato II è sostituito dall’allegato I del presente regolamento;
l’allegato III è sostituito dall’allegato II del presente regolamento.
Il presente regolamento entra in vigore il giorno della pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell’Unione europea .
Esso si applica a decorrere dal 1 o gennaio 2007. Esso non pregiudica tuttavia la validità delle domande di titoli presentate e dei titoli rilasciati tra il 1 o gennaio 2007 e la data di entrata in vigore del presente regolamento.
Il presente regolamento è obbligatorio in tutti i suoi elementi e direttamente applicabile in ciascuno degli Stati membri. Fatto a Bruxelles, il 16 marzo 2007. Per la Commissione Mariann FISCHER BOEL Membro della Commissione
