Art. 22a

The Swiss Federal Audit Office and the following authorities are exempt from management by service level agreement:

1. the Federal Chancellery;
2. the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner;
3. the Federal Gaming Board;
4. the Price Supervisor;
5. the Competition Commission;
6. the Swiss Transportation Safety Investigation Board;
7. the Federal Postal Services Commission;
8. the Rail Transport Commission;
9. the Federal Electricity Commission;
10. the Federal Communications Commission;
11. the Independent Complaints Authority for Radio and Television.
