Administrative units may operate profiles with interactive functions on social media, provided that on these profiles:
1. all persons over the age of majority resident in Switzerland can make contributions;
2. the administrative units can respond to users’ contributions with their own contributions; and
3. the administrative units can hide, delete or otherwise suppress users’ contributions.
The administrative units shall ensure that they can be contacted via their profiles.
