The persons involved in the administrative investigation are entitled to be represented and have legal assistance.
The investigating body shall inform the persons who are to be interviewed that they may refuse to answer the questions if by doing so they may incriminate themselves in disciplinary or criminal proceedings.
It shall inform persons outside the Federal Administration who are to be interviewed that their provision of information is voluntary.
