The investigative body shall deliver all investigation files and a report to the ordering body.
In the report, it shall describe the process and set out the results of the investigation and proposals for further action.
The ordering authority shall inform the authorities and persons involved in an administrative investigation of the result.
The ordering authority shall decide on the consequences of an administrative investigation.
The results of an administrative investigation may be used as a basis for initiating other proceedings, in particular proceedings under personnel law.
