(Art. 61c para. 1 GAOA)

1. The contracting cantons or a coordination office designated by them shall notify the Federal Chancellery of agreements between the cantons or with foreign countries.
2. Notification shall be provided:
   1. in the case of agreements between cantons: after the adoption of the draft by the intercantonal body entrusted with its preparation or after the acceptance of the agreement by at least one contracting canton;
   2. in the case of agreements concluded by the cantons with foreign countries: before the agreement is concluded.
3. The text of the agreement shall be attached to the notification.
