Customers of telecommunications services shall have the option of having their details recorded in the public directories. They may within the limits set under paragraph 2 decide which directory data pertaining to them may be published.
The Federal Council may specify which data a directory entry must include as a minimum. It may regulate the details of publication and the use of the data.
