Provision of information about licences to the public
The lists contain the following information:
- name and address of the licence holder;
- facility sites;
- licensed activities;
- date of last inspection;
- list of inspected non-ready-to-use medicinal products (active ingredients);
- status of GMP compliance;
- GMP certificate number;
- date of issue of the GMP certificate;
- any comments.
