Any person who fails to or does not properly comply with the duty to provide information under Article 8b shall be liable to a fine.1
The Competition Commission shall prosecute and adjudicate violations of the duty to provide information in accordance with the procedural provisions of the Federal Act of 22 March 19742on Administrative Criminal Law.
