Commentaries: Art. 27e

The ordering body shall issue a written investigation mandate. It sets out in particular:
1. the subject of the investigation;
2. the details of the appointment of the investigative body;
3. the powers of the investigative body;
4. the duty to maintain official secrecy;
5. the remuneration to be paid to the investigative body;
6. the necessary aids provided;
7. the involvement of auxiliary bodies;
8. the form in which reports are submitted;
9. the deadlines.
Any existing files shall be attached to the investigation mandate.
