Art. 11

SERI shall approve a core syllabus if the following requirements are met:

1. The guidelines of the corresponding Ordinance are adhered to.
2. There is a demonstrated need.
3. There are no education policy conflicts.
4. The core syllabus is supported throughout Switzerland.
5. The content of the core syllabus takes into account the competences needed for the given professional activity.
6. The intended title of the qualification is clear, not misleading and cannot be confused with the title of any other qualification.
7. The sponsors have consulted the cantons and other relevant parties and have included the results of consultations in the application.
