Art. 1

This Ordinance regulates:

1. the offering, making available on the market, putting into service, installation and operation of telecommunications installations as defined in Article 3 letter d TCA;
2. the recognition of testing laboratories and conformity assessment bodies;
3. the inspection of telecommunications installations.
