Radio equipment that does not meet the requirements of Articles 7 paragraph 2^bis, 19 paragraphs 2 letter d and 3 and 24a may be placed on the market until the following dates:¹

1. laptops: until 27 April 2026;
2. other radio equipment: until 27 December 2024.
