The felonies and misdemeanours specified in Articles 43 and 43a shall be subject to federal criminal jurisdiction.1
Infringements under Article 44 and Article 45 paragraph 1 shall be prosecuted and adjudicated by the competent licensing or supervisory authority. Proceedings shall be governed by the Federal Act of 22 March 19742on Administrative Criminal Law.
