Measuring instruments for ionising radiation are governed by the Measuring Instruments Ordinance of 15 February 20061and the implementing provisions issued by the Federal Department of Justice and Police (FDJP) in consultation with the FDHA and the Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC).
