Art. 75

1. This Act is subject to an optional referendum.
2. The Federal Council will determine the commencement date.
3. This Act shall only come into force with the FinSA¹.
4. The Federal Council may implement the following provisions early:
   1. Amendments to the Federal Act of 23 March 2001²on Consumer Credit (annex No. 2);
   2. Article 9a paragraph 4^bisAOA³(Annex No 3);
   3. Articles 1a , 1b , 47 paragraph 1 letter a and 52a BankA⁴(Annex No 14);
   4. Article 2 paragraph 2 letter a AMLA⁵(Annex No 15);
   5. Articles 4, 5 and 15 paragraph 2 letter a FINMASA⁶(Annex No 16).
5. Article 15 paragraph 2 letter a FINMASA shall apply until Article 15 paragraph 2 letter a^bisFINMASA (Annex No 16) comes into force.
