Art. 11

(Art. 5, 7 and 8 FinIA)

1. FINMA may determine the form for submission, specifically for the following documents:
   1. applications for authorisation from financial institutions and necessary documents;
   2. reports of changes in accordance with Article 8 FinIA and necessary documents.
2. It may designate a third party as recipient of submitted documents.
