The offeror shall, prior to publication, submit the offer to an audit firm licensed by the Federal Audit Oversight Authority in accordance with Article 9a paragraph 1 AOA1or to a securities firm for review.
The reviewing entity shall check whether the offer is in compliance with the law and the implementing provisions.
