An appeal against FINMA rulings regarding public takeover offers may be lodged with the Federal Administrative Court in accordance with the Federal Act of 17 June 20051on the Federal Administrative Court.
The appeal must be lodged within ten days of notification of the decision. It has no suspensive effect.
The statutory provisions on legal holidays do not apply to proceedings regarding public takeover offers before the Federal Administrative Court.
