The Federal Council shall establish a Bureau for the Equality of Persons with Disabilities. This shall in particular promote:
- information on the statutory principles and guidelines on preventing, reducing or eliminating discrimination against people with disabilities;
- programmes and campaigns under Articles 16 and 18;
- analyses and surveys relating to equal rights and the integration of persons with disabilities;
- coordination of the activities of public and private organisations in this field.
