The Service shall oversee compliance with the legislation on surveillance of post and telecommunications.
If it identifies an infringement of the law, it may take the measures referred to in Article 58 paragraph 2 letter a TCA1mutatis mutandis against providers of telecommunications services. It may order precautionary measures.
