Surveillance that is in progress at the time that this Act comes into force shall continue in accordance with the new law.
Appeals against the Service’s decisions shall be dealt with in accordance with the law applicable in the proceedings at the first instance.
The obligation laid down in Article 21 paragraph 2 applies to information about prepaid SIM cards and similar means that must still be available under the previous law at the time that this Act comes into force.
The compensation and fees for surveillance pursuant to this Act are governed by the law that was in force at the time surveillance was ordered.
