Operators of ports and airports shall make the required operational preparations for implementing the measures under Article 41. They shall have their own emergency plans.
The Federal Council shall designate the operators of ports and airports that must provide the required capacities in accordance with Annex 1 B of the International Health Regulations (2005) of 23 May 20051.
