The following are repealed:

the Federal Act of 11 October 1902¹on the Supervision of the Forest Police by the Confederation;
the Federal Act of 21 March 1969²on Investment Credits for the Forestry Sector in the Mountain Region;
the Federal Decree of 21 December 1956³on the Contribution of the Confederation to the Rehabilitation of Forests Infested with Chestnut Blight;
the Federal Decree of 23 June 1988⁴on Extraordinary Measures for the Conservation of the Forest.
