Art. 13

Acting in an advisory capacity, the following individuals shall take part in the meetings of the Swiss Conference of Higher Education Institutions:

1. the head of the State Secretariat for Education and Research¹;

3. the General Secretary of the Swiss Conference of Cantonal Ministers of Education (EDK);
4. the President and Vice President of the Swiss Conference of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions;
5. the President of the Federal Institutes of Technology Board;
6. the President of the National Research Council of the Swiss National Science Foundation;
7. ³ a representative of Innosuisse;
8. ⁴ the President of the Swiss Science Council⁵;
9. one delegate representing the interests of students, one delegate representing the interests of mid-level faculty and one delegate representing the interests of professors at Swiss higher education institutions;
10. the chairpersons of standing committees, provided that they are not a member of the Swiss Conference of Higher Education Institutions; the standing committee under Article 15 paragraph 1 let. b shall take part with two delegates representing the interests of trade unions and two delegates representing the interests of employer unions;
11. other representatives of organisations as well as individuals who have been invited for the purpose of discussing specific items on the agenda.
