Those required to take measures against harmful organisms in accordance with Article 27a paragraph 3 may be suitably reimbursed for any costs of prevention, control and re-establishment that are not borne under Article 48a .
The amount to be reimbursed is set by the competent authority in a procedure that is as simple as possible and free of charge to the person who has incurred costs.
