The forest owners’ organisations may at national or regional level issue recommended prices for raw timber that suppliers and their customers have agreed on.
The recommended prices shall differ according to tree species, product range and quality grades.
There shall be no obligation to comply with the recommended prices.
No recommended prices shall be stipulated for consumers.
