The liability of the Confederation, subject to paragraph 2, complies with the Government Liability Act of 14 March 1958¹.
The Confederation is not liable:
1. for recommendations published and assistance provided;
2. if the persons concerned disregard the Confederation's recommendations or otherwise act negligently.
