If the invention concerns a process for the manufacture of a new product, every product of the same composition shall be presumed to have been made by the patented process until proof to the contrary has been provided.
Paragraph 1 applies by analogy to a process for the manufacture of a known product if the proprietor of the patent providesprima facie evidence of an infringement of the patent.
