Decisions reached on the basis of this Act, its implementing provisions or the Cooperation Agreement may be contested by appeal to the Federal Administrative Court.
Decisions of the Federal Council on funding entitlements are not appealable.1
Furthermore, the general provisions on the administration of federal justice apply.
