ComCom shall perform the duties and take the decisions for which it is responsible in terms of this Act and its implementing provisions. It shall inform the public of its activities and produce a report each year for the Federal Council.
For the purpose of implementing telecommunications legislation, ComCom may seek the assistance of OFCOM and give it instructions.
