The mandatory management bodies are the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the auditor and the Executive Board.
Unless this Act provides otherwise, the provisions of the law on companies limited by shares applymutatis mutandis to the provisions of the articles of association on the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the SRG SSR management bodies.
