DETEC may restrict, suspend or withdraw the licence if:
the licensee has acquired it as a result of incomplete or incorrect information;
the licensee seriously violates this Act or its implementing provisions;
the licensee continuously fails to meet its obligations laid down in the licence despite measures under Article 47 paragraph 2;
the licensee seriously exploits the licence for unlawful purposes;
important national interests so require.
DETEC shall withdraw the licence if essential conditions relating to the award thereof are no longer applicable.
The licensee has a claim to compensation if DETEC:
withdraws the licence because essential conditions relating to the award thereof cease to exist and the Confederation is responsible for this;
suspends or withdraws the licence because important national interests so require.
