The register of advisers shall contain at least the following details on client advisers:
- surname and forenames;
- name or company name and address of the financial service provider for which they work;
- function and position of the client adviser within the organisation;
- fields of activity;
- basic training and continuing professional development completed;
- ombudsman's office to which they themselves in their capacity as financial service providers or the financial service provider for which they work are affiliated;
- date of the register entry.
