Art. 46

Taking account of the specific characteristics of the issuers and securities, the Federal Council shall issue supplementary provisions on:

1. the format of the prospectus and the base prospectus, the summary, the final terms and the supplements;
2. the content of the summary;
3. the minimum information to be contained in the prospectus;
4. the documents to which reference may be made.
