Art. 63

The Federal Council shall issue supplementary provisions on the key information document. It shall regulate in particular:

1. its content;
2. its scope, language and layout;
3. details on how it is to be made available;
4. the equivalence of foreign documents with the key information document in accordance with Article 59 paragraph 2.
