DLT trading facilities are subject to the following requirements for trading venues:
- self-regulation (Art. 27);
- organisation of trading (Art. 28);
- pre- and post-trade transparency (Art. 29);
- guarantee of orderly trading (Art. 30);
- supervision of trading (Art. 31);
- collaboration between trading supervisory bodies (Art. 32);
- suspension of trading (Art. 33 para. 2);
- appeal body (Art. 37).
