The trade repository shall grant the following authorities free access to the data they require to perform their tasks:
1. FINMA;
2. the SNB;
3. other Swiss financial market supervisory authorities;
4. the Federal Electricity Commission.
The Federal Council shall regulate access to data concerning central bank transactions, taking account of recognised international standards.
