Commentaries: Art. 28

Any person may file a trade mark application.
When filing an application with the IPI, the following must be submitted:
1. an application for registration with details of the name or company name of the applicant;
2. a representation of the trade mark;
3. a list of goods or services for which the trade mark is to be claimed.
When filing an application, the relevant fees prescribed in the Ordinance must be paid.¹
