the planned reactor thermal power output or capacity of installation;
the main elements of technical implementation;
a brief outline of emergency protection measures;
a list identifying all structures, systems and components of the installation that may only be constructed or installed after a permit has been issued by the relevant supervisory authority.
The Department shall specify a deadline for the commencement of construction work. It may extend this deadline in certain justified cases.
