For the applicant, compulsory purchase rights apply as follows:
- for the construction, operation and decommissioning of a nuclear installation for which a general licence is required;
- for geological studies that require a licence;
- for the construction of exploitation and installation sites that are directly associated with projects in accordance with letters a and b;
- for sites for the use or storage of excavated, extracted and demolition material that are directly related to the project in spatial and functional respects.
