The cantonal authorities may collect fees from owners of nuclear installations, nuclear goods and radioactive waste, and request remuneration of costs, in particular for:
- the planning and implementation of emergency measures;
- the protection provided by the police for nuclear installations and for the transport of nuclear materials and radioactive waste;
- the training of security guards;
- surveys of plots of land in the protection zone, their recording in the land register and entries in the land register.
