Articles 2–4, 6, 10, 12, 13, 15, 18, 20–25, 27–34, 36–43, 44, 45 and 47–57 of the Foodstuffs Act of 9 October 19921as worded prior to the commencement of this Act apply for a maximum of four years from the commencement of this Act to tobacco and other smoking products and to tobacco products until a corresponding special federal act is enacted.
The period of validity in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be extended until 30 April 2025.2
