A financial market infrastructure shall operate IT systems which:
1. ensure fulfilment of the duties arising from this Act and are appropriate for its activities;
2. provide for effective emergency arrangements; and
3. ensure the continuity of its business activity.
It shall provide for measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information regarding its participants and their transactions.
