A fine not exceeding CHF 500,000 shall be imposed on any person who wilfully provides untrue or incomplete information in the prospectus or announcement of the offer (Art. 127 and 131 let. a).
A fine not exceeding CHF 150,000 shall be imposed on any person who commits the foregoing act through negligence.
