1 Supplies of goods within the scope of international treaties

1.1

The following are deemed to be goods within the scope of international treaties:

1. for procurements by the contracting authorities responsible for defence and security, designated as such in the international treaties applicable to Switzerland: the goods included in the following list of civil materials for defence, security and safety;
2. for procurements by other contracting authorities: all goods.
