Art. 62

1. Any person who provides work-based training:
   1. without obtaining the permit referred to in Article 20 paragraph 2;
   2. outside the framework of an apprenticeship contract (Art. 14);

shall be liable to a fine. 2. In cases where the fault is minor, an official reprimand may be issued instead.
