Art. 63

1. Any person who:
   1. claims to hold a protected title without having obtained passing scores on the required examinations or without having been certified through equivalent qualification procedures;
   2. makes use of a title in a way that implies that the person obtained passing scores on the required examinations or has been certified through equivalent qualification procedures;

shall be liable to a fine. 2. The criminal provisions of the Federal Act of 19 December 1986¹on Unfair Competition are reserved.
