The competent supervisory authority may at the request of the board of trustees amend the objects of an employee benefits scheme in accordance with Article 89a paragraph 7 established before the Amendment of 14 June 2024 came into force, provided the amendment of the objects involves their extension to include benefits under Article 89a paragraph 8 number 4.
