All discounts and rebates granted on purchases of medicinal products shall be shown on the receipts and invoices and in the accounts of both the selling and the purchasing persons and organisations and shall be disclosed to the competent authorities on request.
The Federal Council shall regulate the details.
It may provide for exceptions to the requirement laid down in paragraph 1 in the case of therapeutic products with a low risk potential.
